It's a magazine made out of polymer instead of metal. They seem to be very popular with people who like PMags.
I personally don't see the attraction. They are supposedly quite robust.

Missed the boat too, but I'm very, very, very impressed that Questar didn't gouge on the Pmag prices, unlike another dealer.
Questar is still my number 1 source for AR parts, class act all the way - good job guys.
