They are rumored to be ready from magpul first quarter of this year, or so I read on the Internet. But here's hoping.
ebay has them. Only in black so far though. the rest aren't out yet.

Wow, really? That sucks but can't say it's the most surprising thing I've ever heard... Magpul has been vocal in supporting responsible armed citizens and offering the PMAG program and threatening to move out of state, etc... so the State Dept is perhaps wanting to teach them a lesson for not succumbing to the man.
