Over the long weekend I had to use range B because range A was full. It felt like range B seemed to have the better lighting and air circulation than range A. Maybe I got in time when they just changed the filters?
Actually you are correct: the filters were just changed in B before the long weekend and A after. We wanted to get both done before, but ran out of time.

You guys should open a second location. Say West of highway 400 ; )

Would be nice if someone partnered up with the Peel Gun Club. They already have a 70 meter long building used for archery and they want to build an indoor range.

Is there an update on the backstop JR? I want to renew my membership, but I can't justify the cost of frangible ammo.

If you have been in lately, you will see that we have already started on a number of renovations, all starting in the "members" bay first.

Backstop, baffle , HVAC and target retrieval replacements are all in the cards but will be done over time.

An engineering firm has been contracted to sort out the baffles and HVAC first as these need to be designed from scratch due to the width of the bays.

We expect these to be in the works within a couple of months (starting, not finished).

The backstop is after that. We are still deciding on designs.

With a backstop reno, are you going to plan to upgrade to take 5.56 or higher caliber rounds?

    This.

Why can we not get a firm yes or no answer about this simple simple question.

Its actually not a simple question. The backstop will take it, it its all of the upgrades like the baffles amd sound proofing that need to be considered as well.

The first priority is new ventilation. This starts over the next couple of months as equipment has been ordered but takes time to be built.
