Great Service from Frank

Hi Johnone,
I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks for the great service.
I have an NZ85b that I purchased last June from you and there were a few issues with it. I called Frank and explained the issues and he said no problem, send it in.
I sent it in by mail on March 4th, and recieved it back yesterday good as new. 10 days total time including shipping to and from.
