Thumbs up Small crossbow fun to shoot!

Hi all. Just got one of these from Marstar:

    http://www.marstar.ca/dynamic/category.jsp?catid=75730

Fun to shoot. Got the one with the red dot. I have not chrony'd it yet, but I shot at a plastic pail (not thinking it would penetrate) at 10 meters. The bolt went right through both sides and ended up 15 feet on the other side! Not suitable for a kill, but just a lot of FUN.

I bought the same thing from another dealer and it broke while cocked within ten shots. Wasn't pretty.

    Good luck.

I got mine a few days ago as well. Better quality than I expected, it has more jam than I thought it would as well.

It's been placed in the garage, beside the beer fridge..... the dart board will never be the same.

It's got pretty good snap, although it definitely feels cheap. Shoots straight @ 25y with enough force to penetrate cedar trees.

The cocking system is interesting, although it certainly feels as though the cocking arms could fail at any time.

A ton of fun to shoot, and a pretty good junior crossbow.

change all the snap rings on all the wheels! the snap rings are small and weak mine blew up and my dads blew up and broke his glasses. I took the snap rings off put the sprocket style ones and then took a center punch and punched the center till it was flared enough not to just come off.
    Enjoy!
