Rys-K blocks trigger when folded. Rys-F shoots folded.

Well, I knew the Rys-K did that but I remember reading the Rys-F did the same even though it didn't have to. Even more interested now.

Any chance of the MTs-255 as well? The model with the folding stock preferably.

I read somewhere that they are really expensive

According to the Russian firearms regulations the firearm must not be able to discharge if folded to a less than 800 mm. Rys-F is 809mm. folded, it doesn't require trigger block/disconnector.

MTs-255 is not in serial production. Price on special order starts at $3000 at the factory gates.

A little too rich for my blood right now. Good to know its possible to special order if I ever get the cash together. I'll focus on the Rys-F for now.

Convince KBP to restart production of the Berkut and I am in for one.

Edit: By the way, the Berkut is showing in their site, so they are still offering it!!!

I would be interested in 528mm barrel one if it can fire with the stock folded
