    Same here in Regina and I have the short trigger so its another 4plus weeks after the first order arrives.

    I'm not disappointed by the DA only. If you want to make it SA, you need to add a safety and they would need to carry it with the hammer cocked.
    Your other choice is to also add a decocker. You would then have two buttons protruding from the side. It may be feasible, but I like the boberg look with nothing protruding from the side making it smooth and thin.

    The only way I see is to make a single action that you manually decock without safety. I don't think it would pass as a safe gun.

    As a defensive pistol, a 7 pound trigger with a smooth double action looks like a good choice for simplicity sake.

    UPDATE: We just got State dept approval on Monday (5 weeks longer than expected) but Boberg has sent a shipping e-mail, letting us know it will be leaving ASAP!! Ill post again as soon as i get a firm ETA.
