    we have been up packing orders since 5am to try and fill the back log.

    I sent an email on April 14th re order # 12350, placed and charged to my credit card on March 29th. I haven't received the order or any shipping details yet. Could you please let me know what is going on with it as I will have to order elsewhere if I can't get the items from you soon. Thanks.
