I've had no problems with Dlask. They promptly emailed me to let me know when a backordered item would arrive, and sure enough, it shipped when they said it would.

I was at their shop last week and as usual Joe and other were busy working on their machines in the back not sitting answering emails. Pick up the phone and call Dlask, I am sure she will answer and help sort things out. As other here i have never had an issue and thats going back many years.
Still waiting for my refund too. If these guys are affiliated or know the Icearms crew then you should get your #### together. I'll be calling the credit card company next week to complain and get a refund that way.
Call your Credit Card company (if paid via C.C.), and ask them to investigate. You'll either get your items or your money returned (usually with interest).

Sucks because they're pretty close to me and I like to support my local businesses, however I have a tough time handing over my money to a business that's too busy to answer my questions.

Stupid question but, how many names do you guys go by and are they all active? You're really causing us a lot of confusion especially when emails don't get answered.
