How about ,if the police are going to patrol the areas , start handing out littering tickets to the numbnuts that don't "police their brass' , just sayin ! (and full up to here ,paying "recycling fees for those that litter )

as I understand it, it is only an highlight of the current bylaws, dating from 1993 (cf the date at the bottom right corner).

EDIT: I gathered petitions, talked to city hall, gave a speech at the meeting, joined the comittee & got the new bylaw overturned!! No more full shooting ban
