9" with collapsed pro-forces stock "should" still be NR; if not, the stocks can be bought separately and modified (insert installed) to restrict collapsing to shortest position.

Yes, they accept chokes. Notice the thread protector as well as TSE replying that they had a muzzle device on it.

The Benelli M4 14 inch is restricted and it has a pistol grip stock, so I highly doubt this gun will be non-restricted.
