My brother has a BCM on his Norc, I have a Rainer on my mine and from a quality standpoint they are both excellent.

On a functionality standpoint, they are equal as well. I would say it depends on how you like to operate your AR. I prefer to charge it the ambi way. My brother charges it with one hand.

I contemplated a BCM but ended up with a Raptor, and I love it. I like the idea of having the option of charging with both styles. The handle protrudes at the perfect distance that I can rack with my gloves on. It is hearty, built strong and is a fantastic upgrade from the standard Norc charging handle (which annoyed me a lot).

It doesn't hang out as much as a BCM either, very incognito.
