Yes the drum mags have a loading device and lube.
The M14 mags are not welded.
The G17 mags are on the website. http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/det...-Magazine.aspx

    Hope this helps!

Anyone else tried the CZ/VZ magazines? I just got 3. Overall construction is ok at best. Heavy with a plain finish and the seems are not tight, but whatever, if they hold cartridges and work thats what counts. However I'm not very impressed so far as 2 of the 3 mags would not even fit in the rifle and the 3rd was tight as hell. I broke out the bastard file and had that fixed in about 10min. Next they were a ##### to load, getting that 5th cartridge in was almost impossible on two of them.
I have yet to get out and see how they perform. I will update after the weekend but so far I'm thinking for the $10/mag savings ill dish out next time and get the real deal.
    Btw, I'm running CSA VZ58

They work great in the CZ858's but there have been a few issues with them not working in the VZ58's. The loading gets easier once you have broken them in a little as well.

EXACTLY!!! I was thinking the same thing about the AR Drums. If we can't have them at normal capacity, who is to say that all the other stuff the make it look like a drum is just cosmetic, i.e. no functionality. That is my biggest concern, not that I would drill out the rivet and make it work but that I could drill out the rivet and it would work.

    update:
took the CZ/VZ magazines to the range. From the experience I just had I will say that these magazines are complete garbage. All three that I purchased would not even chamber a single round. It was very very frustrating. So to summarize: The did not fit in rifle and needed to be filed. They were a complete pain in the ass to load. They would not chamber a single round.
I would recomend that these are not advertised for VZ 58 rifles and it is made clear that they apparently only work in CZ858.
Lesson learned not to cheap out....

Any fitment concerns on the M14 mags? Are they steel as well?
