they received my upgrade application March 8th. as of yesterday, it finally shows on the site as ..."issued" That's 5 months for an upgrade. It took them 4 months to do my initial NR 4 years ago.
Whatever they do there, they are very slow at it.

Hi eveyone. I just sent my app in by registered mail and it was received mid last week. From what I've read here, I assume I have quite a long wait ahead of me......
My application was received Mar 16 according to Canada Post, still not updated online. I'm gonna call them today to give them an updated CC # as the one I gave them expires in may - I'm not that optimistic lol
Just phone them.
I missed an answer on my renewal, they notified me, I phoned 'em and it was fixed immediately.
