    We did not know that as have not had a T97 in to try them.

    It isn't the mags fault. I have "stanag" 5/30 steel mags made by bushmaster that don't fit, but the identical "looking" D&H metal mags fit in the type 97 beautifully. My gen 2 pmags work as well.

    The issue with the type 97 and not fitting mags is the vertical trough at the rear of the guns mag well. It is too narrow. Some fine filing and clean up of the mag well would resolve the issue.

    Any word on these mags yet? Getting really close to 60 days and I will be in town on tuesday.

    I would love an excuse to check out the shop for the first time and meet the crew!

    Beowulf plans were cancelled. Armtac has that licenced up dealer wise.

    On the ext order ask caa to make them look more like 30rnd mags.
