I recently had a problem with a very small item that I purchased from Marstar. I sent them a brief email describing the problem and attached a few pics. In less than an hour (wow), I had an email back from Frank with an RMA number. I sent the item back to them and shortly after it had been delivered, I received an email from Jim asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. Of course, I wanted to get a replacement. They shipped the replacement item back to me and even credited me for the postage. I felt this was superb service from Marstar considering it was such an insignificant item. If they offer this on a small article, I would not even hesitate on ordering something of much more value. Kudos to Frank and Jim and all the staff at Marstar. Look forward to future orders from me!
