Are these mags "proprietary" for the AICS chassis? or will they work in a Seekins or Surgeon bottom metal? with a Stiller Tac 30 action?

Yes these mags are "proprietary" for the AICS I have no experience with those other actions. I suggest you talk to the other manufactures. If you already have the action, you can purchase a mag from us and return if she will not work for you.
