    You could build something similar for around 5 grand. Wish I had deep pockets and a PLACE to shoot one on Vancouver Island

    That said... did you guys just rest the bullet on the empty case for this photo? The scale looks very wrong of the bullet to cartridge on the .408...

    You know you are a real gunnut when you start practicing trigger control on power tools.

    this rifle is definately a lot of rifle...21lb...jeez but its like a ferrari i guess....u dont care how much gas it chugs or how much insurance is if you can afford it...i would definately buy it if i could afford it...it would go along nicely with my porsche suv to lug it to the range lol...and hope to god i could get my hands on ammo or its components when i run out

    What brass and which bullets do you have? I've already got a .375 CT.
    Life begins at 40. Recoil begins at "over .40". Coincidence? I don't think so.

    Good morning,

    The Bullets we have are Cheytac .375Cheytac Balanced Flight Projectiles in 350gr, and the Brass is Cheytac .375Chaytac Jamison Brass.
    For the .408, we have Cheytac .408Cheytac 419gr Balanced Flight Projectiles, and .408 Cheytac Jamison Brass.

    Oooo..Ahhh...looks wicked. It must be nice to have the loot for one of those. If I ever hit the jackpot that would be one of the many I would pick up. Until then its just dreaming, just like dreaming of hitting the jackpot.
