    there is a cleaning kit in the grip that has a front sight adjustment tool

    But I think the windage should be by the rear sight.? It does say on the manual the rear sight is adjustable on both sides. How?

    No. the windage adjust by front sight like SKS or AK. used SKS or AK front sight adjustment tool work.
