Plastic trigger and the magazine springs tend to flatten if left depressed ( in battery, loaded ) for long periods of time but the gun is very sound and FTF, FTE are few and far between. Nice little handgun and the price is spot on in my opinion.

I ordered the nickel one right away. I have been after this pistol combo for a long time.Great price too! Thanx folks for all ya do for Canadian shooting sports.Am interested in any good priced milsurp pistols such as a CZ52. I know waaaaay back in Canada there was a company called a International Firearms a U.S. based company that sold milsurp out of Montreal but stopped when our draconian gun laws came into effect. Very interested in a Spanish FR8 [ A CUT DOWN MAUSER BOLT GUN IN 308 ] I think they still exist in the U.S.

To get a Pal, you have to be very friendly, pay the beer and drive him home when he is drunk.

One should know these firearms are still on sale on the Canadian website for $249.99 US. The funny thing about that is the US site has them on for $169.99. These are the exact same guns and range kits. They no longer charge to import/export from the US site. The only difference in the two packages are that the US one comes with one less mag. $15 to fix that. The only other extra charge is the $25 to ship to the Canadian store. US Calculation: $25 (shipping to Cdn store) + $15 (extra mag) = $40 $169.99+$40=$209.99 Canadian calculation $249.99. They both have to pay GST and shipping to residence. Hmmmmm $40 US cheaper to order from US? No logical reason could be given to me. Initially he thought it was a mistake. But it wasn't. The mistake was me not looking on the US site first (never thinking it would be cheaper to go that route). Especially since this was a sale price. I thought maybe he might honour the price difference but no such luck.
