    Ammunition on website?

    Hey there Kevin,
Is there anyway you could put your ammunition that's available on your website? I hate calling in and having to bug one of the guys (usually Dave) lol...to go and Check and then come back and then go back again for a price and then… blah blah blah etc, it would be a lot easier to see what you have in stock on your website, even to buy it online too- just a suggestion.
If it's already on there, could someone tell me how to check and search for it?
    Thanks guys
    take care

We are in the process of adding all of our inventory to our website, however with more than 1,000,000 SKUs, you can imagine that this is something of a daunting task!

At the moment, ammunition, powder, reloading components (and just about every other aspect of the shooting sports) is in short supply, with back orders extending more than 6 months for many/most products. We are still awaiting delivery on a large number of items, not the least of which are several popular ammunition loads which will not be arriving before the end of this hunting season.

It is our plan to have everything we carry here at the store entered onto our website so that customers can view our inventory stock levels, and purchase directly from the site. This will minimize the number of telephone calls we receive on a daily basis, and should also help to eliminate the number of unanswered calls that fall through the cracks when our staff members are busy dealing with customers at the counter.

This system will also allow customers to build a complete order for themselves, by purchasing firearms, accessories, ammunition, and anything else they require straight from the website! An ambitious project, but for the moment it remains a work-in-progress.

Your suggestion is already logged in our To Do list, but these things take time. We appreciate your understanding while we continue our transition, but if you do require any assistance with items not listed on our website at this time, the simplest solution remains to either give us a call and speak to our staff, or drop by these store itself if you get a chance.
If gun owners in this country were truly a threat, do you really think our politicians would have lasted this long??

    Great to hear.

Take a look at the new website for Jo-Brook Firearms.

For many years, they had no website at all.

Now that they have a great website, they are making money without having to lift a finger. The website does their work for them.

With the amount of guns and ammo that Elwood Epps has, it would be an even bigger deal for you guys.

A fully interactive website is the best money you could possibly invest in your business.

That is great news for us, the customer... but especially for Ellwood Epps, the increased $$ sales in one month will make Management wish they'd done this years ago.

The big thing is to have a fully interactive website.

One that allows people to browse what is in stock, check the price, and place an order without having to call or email anyone.

You won't believe the money that will roll in.

Please read my response to this request, only a few posts above. Logistically, it would be impossible to maintain an accurate listing of our in-stock inventory on ammunition without having a staff member (or two, or three!) verify our in-store quantities on a daily basis. The sheer volume of ammunition coming into and leaving from our warehouse is mind-boggling!

Many customers seem to think this would be a simple process, but we assure that it is not. As stated previously, we are investigating the possibility of adding our ammunition availability to our website, but for the moment this is not a high priority on our To Do lists.

If you have any questions concerning pricing or availability of ammunition, please feel free to contact our store by telephone or E-mail, and our staff will be happy to assist you as we are able.
