Thumbs up Great advice from Rusty/Rotten Wood

Today I received some really great advice, I was told by rusty wood that I am a difficult customer, therefore I should take my business elsewhere.

The reason why I am so difficult was, that I called them to inquire what I can do to make the large amount of Bertram brass I bought from them, fit the shell holder.
Out of 120 brass I tried so far, only 43 fit the shell holder.

The guy on the phone told me that there are tolerances and if I am not happy with it to call Bertram in Australia, and then just before he hung up, he went on to tell me that I am a difficult customer and that I should take my business somewhere else.

So I really appreciate the great advice to shop elsewhere, and that's exactly what I will do.

    Rusty wood eh?
Wood doesn't rust it rots, and then it's called rotten wood, rotten like the service at rusty/rotten wood.

"Rotten Wood" that's a way better fitting name for this kind of business!

I have done business with Peter, for years and have nothing but excellent things to say about not only the supplies I've bought but the wonderful service I have had. On a couple of occasions, they have gone the extra mile and found reloading tools I needed. I guess everyone has different experiences with companies. I do not recommend businesses lightly but I have and continue to recommend Rusty Woods Trading Co. to everyone I know. Maybe one party or both were just having a bad day.

Some more advice worth sharing with you is to act your age and not resort to name calling.

Sure, who wouldn't take great advice from a doctor?

Yes, but in this specific case it is just plain and simply rotten.

I bought a few things from him, he's been great to deal with. I haven't had no problem.

This, have you tried them with another one? I had two the same brand, one fit tight, other one good.
