    As has been said, call them. Maybe you can substitute a SKS. Pretty close in price. The chances of getting a reply on cgn is slim.

    AFAIK they have to be welded solid as per current RCMP deactivation standards.

    Just curious whether you could substitute the TT-33 from the deal with another SKS or something else. I don't have my RPAL but would like to hop on this deal.

    Order the TT-33 for a friend, give him a deal, there are no substitutions on the combo, sorry.
    There you have it, no substitutions for PAL holders.

    Would be nice if they aren't just a welded-up club which is doubtful, but I suppose anything is possible. Definitely would be nice to hear right from Marstar how they are deactivated.
