Wow. CGN Award for weakest handling of a situation has a new contender. Lack of professionalism, lack of business sense, piss poor handling of this situation. What happened to free markets?

Stay tuned for "T97 lube", helps take care of that feeling of being burned, the pain of being gouged and the swelling that occurs when you are so p/o'd that you have been so badly treated.
Seriously, the "sorry the gun works, tough $@#% attitude" is a throwback to a pretty draconian mode of business. In all fairness the Chinese probably said that to N/S but really, the guns have been devalued by at least $400 in my estimate once the "good" ones arrive. Given the sheer incompetence and magnitude of the mistake, one would think that some sort of restitution would be forthcoming.

Funny how they break a drill bit on seemingly every rifle.

I guess a gouge in a stock or receiver wouldn't be warranty either because it doesn't affect function.

I hope IRunGuns seriously cuts into your business because your respect for the consumer is non existent.

Well I didnt expect that response from north sylva.... Thanks for taking my 1000 bucks and washing your hands off this problem. I guess your business practice is "sold as is". I wonder how many people have been screwed.

guys I was the first one to discover this gouge, my thread was locked

frontier firearms was the dealer I bought from, and I just want to say that I did return the rifle, and they sent me a BRAND NEW rifle promptly

I was extremely extremely impressed with their customer service, HOWEVER, the new rifle i got also had that small nick. I really think that all of them have it

NS is full of BS "a small percentage of rifles have this" oh yeah? then what is the actual percentage?

anyway I just thought a tribute to FRONTIER FIREARMS is due by myself for such great customer service. Thank you Frontier
