    warranty

    just a quick question on my norinco pistol. I sent a PM but got no reply.
    try here instead.

    my local store says you are the warranty depot for the norinco pistol I purchased.
    how do I get warranty service from you if this is the case.
    my np-29 does not eject the case well at all. the extractor does not appear to be grabbing the case rim.
    do I have to send the whole pistol?
    can I send you just the slide?
    can you send me an extractor for instal?
    any help and response is appreciated.

    remove extractor, put a little more bend in it, re-install and it should be fine. Check youtube for "tuning 1911 extractor" for vids.
    It's getting a little bit Sunday around here.....

    maybe cuz norico doesnt have a warranty?

    Your first step is to bring you pistol back to the point of purchase. They then get in touch with us and are issued an RMA. It will then come back to us where it will be repaired or replaced.

    Norincos have warranty but it all has to do with the importer while some importers take a passive approach others have let us say a better response time and almost immediate action to resolve issues before it becomes a big stink on CGN.

    thank you north sylva I did this they said to contact you. I will return pistol to point of purchase.
    thanks for the replies, but I will be sending it in covered for the warranty.
    didn't want this to be a big stink, just waited for a reply, four days is better than no reply.

    Really, you can fix it yourself at no cost in about 4 minutes....
