Yes I just made an order for 1000 62 gr 223 FMJ and it was $10 for shipping. I believe all orders over $150 get $10 flat rate shipping.
Are you planning to have .40 S&W ammunition available?
As a Tavor owner I would definitely buy some 75 gr HP .223 because of the 1:7 barrel it has. There is never any supply of heavy grain .223 ammo anywhere.
