When did you send the email?
If it is the one that came in this morning, it is still in the queue and will be answered in turn. We have a huge volume of emails each and every day, as well as a large volume of phone and walk in customers that we have to accommodate as well.
We answer all emails in the order they come in, and we try our best to answer all emails in 48 hours, but again sometimes that just isn't possible.

ETA on the mags at this time is unknown but their product is coming in fairly regularly. Just use the add to watch list and it will notify you as soon as they come in. Our website updates with our inventory every 3 minutes.

I agree ... Just trying to package in stock items with, out of stock items. for one shipment... once they get to the e-mail I am sure that your staff can put the item/items aside.
