Could be, I thought maybe he was talking about the chromed version made a bit longer for our Canadian non restricted requirements.
I was stoked on the Wolverine wood "Canadian" but hearing about a chrome lined long barreled vz58 is even better.

Has it been confirmed that they'll be non-restricted AND chrome lined? Apologizes if I missed it.

Can we get with reliable magwell adapters? Any views on this? We understand these rifles will be in 7.62 x 39
 
There was an attempted shooting at Quebec's new premier's inaugural speech...pictures have confirmed that the shooter was using a VZ 58 variant.
I really reeally hope this does not negatively affect the importing of these...or any other laws for that matter :(

True enough, a non-restricted CZ-858. Not good.

I doubt it will, the Polytechnique massacre used a Mini 14 and thats still NR. Could the RCMP even reclassify a firearm because it was used in a shooting? Makes no sense
