Seriously?! Shouldn't YOU know which customers have had their order shipped and which haven't??? OK fine, I've emailed again - for the third time. Hopefully this time I'll receive a response!
And please tell me that "more rifles will be available approx Nov 4th" is an advertisement for NEW orders, not an acknowledgement that you accepted more orders for Oct 21st than you had rifles coming in and now I have to wait until your next shipment comes in...
Now, maybe I'm just speculating wildly here and imagining worst case scenario's, but when you leave a customer hanging, with virtually no communication or explanation of what's happening, what am I left to do?

I received my order placed on October 10. Don't worry, I'm sure your order is being processed. I have dealt with these guys before and no problems so far
