I read that a few times as well to make sure I wasn't missing something or reading it improperly. I have no clue what he is attempting to ask/say.
We have developed a policy not to hire members as we have had too many issues over the years when it came to discipline and application of the rules.
It's just so much easier if we seperate "church and state".
