I think for most dealers that everything "in stock" that is a pre-sale or pre-order is probably not actually in stock. With the dollar how it is, I am sure no one keeps a lot of expensive, or niche products in stock any more.

For the rifle in the box order it turns out there was no box. For the 80% lowers they cannot get them. The body armour was being held in the US and they can't say when it will arrive. The website does not function properly and is full of bugs.

You seem like a nice and dedicated person but I think you got in over your head here. I think you started selling too much before you actually had stock or knew what you were doing. As a result you have lost trust with this community and burnt allot of customers. It will take years to build back your name.

I suggest instead of trying to sell everything first fix the website and start with a few items that you actually have in stock. Build up a customer base and reputation over time. As you grow you can add new products.

That is true but the products should ideally be in Canada or at the very least there should be a contract with the supplier and a shipping/brokerage plan in place. Bringing products over the line often has delays. Customers don't want to wait weeks or months for a product to ship while the vendor tries to figure things out.

Is the HD jig any better than the regular one?

I would say if you are going to try and use a router, the HD jig would be better. If you have access to a milling machine, even a cheap mill/drill, the regular jig is fine.

    We're still not sure.
Paperwork on this has been horrific.

It's their side that is holding us up.

We can now order and ship jigs however though.
Everything is ordered in as required on these products though/
