This is just a note to say how happy I am with GP Tactical customer service.

I ordered some parts from GP a few months ago and, through my own negligence, managed to break one of the vital screws off inside a pin (rendering both useless).

I sent an email to GP explaining the problem (hoping that I could buy a replacement part) and instead of them quoting me a price, they sent me a brand new screw and pin - for free!
