Any update on availability of these in Canada Wanstalls?

I was talking to the distributer in Halifax and he is getting some in a couple weeks time.
I got one coming, now some questions.
I am getting some parts from Steve's Gunz, like the tool kit, DIY action job kit, green front fiber optic sight, and low flat top rear sight.
Do I need the firing pin, it it better and does the original one break.
Is there anything else I should get, I want this thing to work great.

I would ask Steve's Gunz he REALLY knows the ins and outs of the 92 rifle.

Not much activity because I think just about everything that could be asked or discussed, has been. I don't recall firing pins being an issue with these rifles. Do a search on this thread to confirm.

i think the problem with the second one is that it works with replicas that have no sights. I think sights would damage the leather rings and make it hard to pull the rifle out. I am considering laroche leathers for a custom one because from what it sounds like thier prices are fair, and they do fantastic work ( I looked up a couple threads on them).

if you look up gunblast.com's review of the rifle, he uses a nice holster cheaper than the mcqueen one, but still around 250 US. I think it would be much cheaper to order from laroche leathers, especially if a few of us got together and got him to make duplicates of a custom design.

Hey Driller, Good idea on the bulk order of the holsters. I would be interested in joining the crew of potential purchasers, depending on the price of course, so please keep me posted if you decide to contact laroche leathers. I just put my name in for one of the Rossis at Can Tire. I think they are about $500.

Freedome Ventures in Halifax is the importer for rossi, I was talking to them, but they just sell to dealers, they advertise here.
