The P220 one says P220 compact. I don't think they will work in the standard P220 or am I mistaken?
Not sure if the "compact" is there by mistake or not but I can confirm that part # is the magazine that SIG sells for use in P220's in .22lr and for the conversion kits.
Ignore the 'compact' label.

Well you convinced me Mark, I just made two orders. One for stuff you had in stock and one for stuff you need to order for me.
Will the center fire kits only convert the .22LR pistols or will they also convert .40 S&W to 9mm?
Can you identify a date range for delivery for kits ordered now?

Not really... it depends on a variety of factors. I know there are some items already at our US office and expected to arrive on our next truck scheduled for beginning of May. We will import whatever has come into our US office by that time so it really depends on what SIG has in stock and what they ship in time for our next truck shipment.
SIG literally ships items to our US office almost every day or two... it's a constant stream.
We then import a truck shipment every 2 to 3 weeks normally.
