Hopefully it gets classified NR! The more scary it looks when done, the better!

I would also be VERY interested in a non-restricted .308 semi-auto that starts out LOOKING like a hunting rifle (to keep the feds happy), but that is compatible with AR-15 accessories and can be easily modified with stocks, fore-ends, pistol grips, rails, etc. so that it can end up like as an AR-15 style platform. Short barrel options would be great too.![]()
I'm very hopeful for this. We really could use a "Modern Hunter" rifle to start to shift perspective away from "good gun = hundred year old design" and show that modern materials and techniques are not bad and scary.
Best of luck. I'll be very willing to selflessly donate my time and ammo testing this rifle.![]()
Death comes by subtle means; the satisfaction of routine.
Very interested to see how this turns out. A modern hunting rifle sounds like something that hunters, sport shooters and collectors could all get behind, especially if it's a Canadian build product from a Canadian company.
Well now I have found a new thread to watch like a hawk. Probably like watching paint dry if now its waiting for classification though. I am super stoked to see it. (and shoot it of course).
While I understand not wanting to show the prototype, can we get a sneak peak of the rendered model?
My curiosity is really getting the better of me.
Do you take what you can get or do you get what you can take?
