Are the front sights dovetailed to the barrel?

I really like the look of the octagon take down's they make...they look similar to the JB custom's but with small loop levers,

Well, North Sylva places a post in June, then absolutely no follow up and it's now August. This is not very good P.R. for a company trying to sell products online. I'll look elsewhere thanks.

The original samples we received had the case hardened receivers. The last shipment that we received that you can see in the pictures, only the lever and hammer were case hardened.

We expect another shipment of these mid to late September. We should have .357 mag, .45 colt, and .44 mag available.

Please contact your local dealer if your interested in one of these neat carbines.

As for Mustang Frank, this forum is meant to be for updates. When we have infomation to post, we definitely will. Were not looking to sell anything online, you can do that with your local dealer. Please keep in mind what time of year it is now. Updating gun nutz is not our full time job. The vast majority of our time right now is providing products to eager dealers getting ready for hunting season. That trumps anything else at the moment.

North Sylva has been pretty clear, they don't sell anything online (well except for that website they have under a different name) and that all questions for pricing and availability should be directed to your local dealer/retailer.

OMG so nice... I sold all my .44Mag reloading stuff, but I'd get into it again for this bad boy.

Where could one buy a full-length stock for one of these?
Also, +1 for who has these in stock.
