FN Herstal is submitting this rifle to the US military for trials. It offers a unique quick change barrel and bolthead system, superb accuracy, and an ambidextrous, adjustable folding stck with monopod.

These are expected to be available for February 2012, but only in limited quantities. If you want one guaranteed a 25% deposit will ensure you get one.

Kits include 338 Lapua Magnum rifle in fitted Pelican case, spare 10rd magazine, 3 spare picatinney rails for the forend, and are available in either Black $7990 or OD (shown) $8350 Scopes and bipods are not included, but Hensoldt scopes are available if requested.

Caliber conversions for 308 Win and 300 Win Mag are $1600

That bipod looks just like the GG&G bipod I have sitting on one of my AR's!

I have the regular duty bipod they sell on my gun, I`m guessing that may be their heavy duty one. Same design, just a bit beefier!
