I know this was posted over a yr ago, but no one had responded.
It will depend on what it's classified as. If it's a rifle, it will be 5 rds. If it's a handgun, it will be 10 rds. Since it's a 9mm ... could go either way.

Caliber has nothing to do with it. If it has no stock and could be fired one handed it would be considered a pistol. Otherwise its not.

I think the previous 3 disparaging user comments where from ppl that prob payed wayyyyy too much for there HK's and now are pissed that something = as cool is on the horizon and now that everyone can afford it, they are scared/worried about there "investment" they were gonna pass on after they have had there fun... Well F**k you ! Keep it, sure HK is awesome, but selection and affordability are great features too... As far as this goes, looks awsome ! Sexy, ergonomic, cutting edge, compact and light weight ! Can't wait !!!

You do realize that HK has made some very public remarks about how civilians shouldn't own certain "scary" type guns, insinuating that civilians can't be trusted and only police and military should have their "scary" guns? That is why HK won't see any of my money and why the above thread has so many anti-HK remarks.

The hell with HK. I hope every company rips them off and sells the designs to whomever wishes to legally own them.

Shhh. Don't say that too loud, you may hurt it's feelings. All guns have feelings and belong somewhere, even if they are more ugly than others. Depending on price, I may be interested.
