I just purchased a fab defense AR-15/M4 carbine "drop in" replacement quad-rail. Any idea if this would fit the norinco uppers?

The current general of Norinco M4's are military spec and all your accessories will fit without issue
There's Mil-spec, and then there's Gunnutz-spec.
One is stringent, the other contains nuts.
