I've got an 7.62x39 XCR, so my question is similar to the AR guys. Will the planned 7.62 lock be able to be locked through the ejection port? Or will I have to take out the bolt carrier each time to access the lock (or remove the barrel each time)? I can see this being a minor problem in regards to these locks, as I'm not sure how many semi-auto 7.62's are built like an AR.
I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense.

Any 9mm locks coming in. Your website shows that 9mm is the only caliber you don't have.
Thanks

This is a very interesting option for rifles that traditional trigger or magwell locks aren't compatible with. I have an IWI Tavor that cannot in any way accommodate a trigger lock, nor the GunVault Maglock for AR's. I am most interested in the RCMP take on safe storage, would be great to get them to endorse the product.
The RCMP response was already posted in this thread by Technology Direct, that they are good to go.
