      We've been working on this for quite awhile and have a feeling we are extremely close (seriously this time ).

      Long story short, there are cetain export hurdles that even US DOS didn't know about so we got the "run around" till further knowledge was imparted on us by a third party.

      I hope we are done now and I'll be able to give you an actual eta next week.
