I dont see why it wouldnt, I have a tapco stock that fits both my ranch and my target model mini -14's. But I do not know for sure.
I think part of the delay for the release of this stock was that older Mini 14 and Target models were not compatible ... and not everybody here wants to go out and buy a new one just to fit a $289 stock.
Don't quote me but it would make sense.
