      Ruger makes a very good quality firearm for a reasonable price. I would like one of these in 270, but.....I just wish they would work on satisying production demands on 1 new model at a time. How long of a wait will there be on this one? Would the bolt actions be made at the Newport plant?

      looks like ruger is going after some of savages market share .

      ruger has been making rotary magazines for 30 years... I higly doubt they would break or anything else.... trust them.

      FWIW, I am not a huge fan of the rotary ruger mags, as I have had issues with the rotary mechanism jamming up. The price of the rifle isn't bad though, if you are looking for a budget rifle.
