If you are unable to get the stocks unwelded from the factory...maybe order new/clean folding stocks to add on after removing the original welded in place one? Assume it leaves the gun in 100% condition once you cut off/remove it.

Rather have it considered a rifle, since that would open up the non-restricted option.

+1 i'd rather have un-welded stock but mag pinned to 5 rounds.
Any word back on the sampling yet?
Have you seen a 1945 SVT-40 anywhere? That's the last one I need for my SVT collection and I'll pay a premium for one
Approval process is still underway.
With a 150mm (approx 9.8") barrel it will be restricted for sure. First time I looked at this I thought it would take an 8rd TT-33 mag, but it looks like a double stack mag to me...
This pistol/rifle taking an 8rd pistol mag would have been cool... I bet that hot round has serious velocity out of a 9.8" barrel.

I would buy one for sure if it was NR and stock was functional.![]()
I like the way she looks now and will buy one, restricted or not, if the price isn't crazy...

will we be able to use stripper clips to charge the mag? that will be cool. Does the bolt stays open after the last round? thanks.
