It's the receiver part that is restricted/non-restricted correct? Which does this fall under?

Then I need to get a trigger group, barrel, and stock?

The lower receiver is the part of the firearm that needs to be registered, and is restricted.

In addition to the upper and lower receiver, you will need a trigger group, bolt carrier group, charging handle, barrel, buffer assembly with stock, hand guards and some other odds and ends.
