FrogLube.. Who uses it? Who would use it?

I had a chance to try a sample of the FrogLube (liquid) on my 870 and I must say, I was very impressed. I really like the fact it is non toxic as well.

I am talking with the distributor about carrying it but first wanted to see how many nutz have used it, or would be interested in getting some.

If you have used it, was it the paste or liquid?

More info can be found here: http://www.froglube.com/roothome.htm

    Any feedback appreciated!

    -Frank

I like the sound of it. I am trying to not buy stuff, but I think it will be great and will likely get some.

Sounds like a great product. I would like to try some when you get it in stock.

I purchased FrogLube CLP liquid and grease last summer at a gun store in Texas, and I've have been using it exclusively on all of my guns since!

The liquid is great for lubing small moving parts such as pivot points, pins, etc.

However, the grease is my favourite. I use it on all of my pistols; on the rails/slides, barrel exteriors, mag springs, etc. I find it works great to lube my AR's and DE, on the likes of the interior of the upper, exterior of the bolt carriers, moving parts in the bolts, mag springs, etc.

I also use both to lube my folding knives!

As FrogLube suggests, warming the parts after applying the grease really works well, it kind of bakes the lube onto the surface, but yet the excess still wipes off easily!

I have only used a little of the liquid, but I'm about half way down my 4 oz jar of grease. If you decide to bring these products in, I'm sure most CGN's will like it.
Let us know if you do and I'll get some more of the grease from you.

I'm really surprised no other vendor has thought about bringing this into Canada. Great to hear you are considering doing this and perhaps being one of the first to do so.

I have been reading about FrogLube on several American forums. Consensus is that it's very good stuff. I will buy some when you bring it up here.

I tried to contact Froglube in the U.S. to see if they would ship to Canada and didn't even get a reply! Reason I wanted some is all the good reviews on this product. So short answer is yes I'd buy some of the gun oil and the grease!
Do you have a price point yet with shipping in Canada? And how long before you recieve your first shipment? Thanks for taking a lead on this product and importing more firearms related products to Canada!
