CCI - Quiet-22LR ammo

I don't think the "quiet" ammo is the subsonic ammo. Someone said it is new. If the ammo is actually quiet and designed to lower the report of the firearm, would it still be allowed in Canada given our absolutely redunculous and nonsensical firearms laws?

That's an interesting question. Obviously a suppressor is prohibited, but how do you regulate a quiet bullet? They can ban whatever they want from crossing the border but what if one hand loads a "quiet" round?

A crossbow or an air rifle - some that even require a PAL to purchase - both shoot "quietly" compared to an average bullet. Clearly not in the same class as firearms, but both deadly and quiet.

Guess we'll have to see if any shows up, interesting.

Oooo you can shoot those in a semi auto with no modfications.

Yup, me and .22 shot a crap ton of those and even a special frog defense load.
