I doubt it. They've been non restricted in the past as long as you had the 18.6" barrel or longer

Are those the new XCR-L with the ambidextrous safety, ambidextrous mag release and the new fully adjustable stock?
I have no personal experience but I heard the quality is less than desirable. They seem very popular. Are the stories true? Screws coming loose? Jam-o-matic? Horrific customer service?
