Are the barrels stamped 5.56? Do you need special tools to remove the rail system?

Most (if not all? can't export 5.56 marked i think? ) export lowers are marked "Multi" Doesn't mean it's what the barrel can handle.

I just got my shipping confirmation but my last name is spelled wrong. One letter off. Anyone think this might cause a problem with delivery or required signature?
