I would like to pass on my appreciation WRT One shot Tactical's customer service. I contacted them about 1 month ago inquiring about a Vortex Strikefire and the magnifier. They were out of stock (just like anyone else!). When they got their shipment, they let me know right away. During the waiting, about 2.5 weeks, I added another item to my order.

Just after, they put the stock together and sent it my way providing me a tracking number. Once I got the stock, I noticed that the item I added, a low profile gas block, was missing. I immediately contacted them (after hours). To my surprise, I received a reply within 10 minutes.

As I put in 2 different orders, it is fully understandable that the second one got "forgotten". I am not stupid and I can understand that errors can be made. Anyways, they shipped me the item free of charge.

Bottom line, Thank you guys at One Shot Tactical for the amazing customer service you are offering. I will never doubt who I should order my stuff from. You are on top of my list!
